I'm Ash Hanson, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Psychotherapist.
For the last 17 years I've had the honor to work with children, adolescents, and adults in the mental health field.
I moved from the US to Belgium in 2020, and after plenty of administrative work established Wander Well Counseling, a private practice serving folks in the Leuven area and online.
The strength of the therapeutic relationship consistently accounts for better outcomes for clients. It is truly a powerful thing. Within this relationship we develop trust, take risks, and create change.

Growing in Community
Join an in-person, closed group that runs for 8 weeks on Saturday mornings. This asks that you be open and willing to share your thoughts and feelings with others.
Teletherapy
Online Support
Covid brought an onslaught of new research indicating that teletherapy is as effective as in-person therapy for many issues including anxiety. Request a consultation to determine if teletherapy is a good option for the work you want to be doing.
